In the lecture the history of Qeshm Island and its naming was discussed. For the issue, various travelogues about Qeshm Island (Sadid al-Saltana travelogue and the Gazetteer of Persian Gulf of John Gordon Lorimer) were surveyed.
This specialized workshop aimed to integrate the two groups of Local and Geopark tourism guides, under the same title and with identical ID cards.
