Unesco Global Geopark
Qeshm Geo-park Museum was planned to be organized in three phases. The first phase of the project was renovating and providing safety in entrances and exits of the park in order to provide better services to visitors. The second phase started with the aim of familiarizing and providing visual presentations about the Paleolithic conditions of the island and early inhabitants’ lifestyle in Roof of Qeshm Geo-site. With this aim in mind, Geo-park management asked Mr. Azadbakht, a prominent artist and designer who had designed the Natural Museum of Iran, to depict the early lifestyle of inhabitants through models, statutes, painting and visual effects.
