According to Qeshm Media Centre, Ebrahim Rostam Gurani, Director of Qeshm Island UNESCO Global Geopark, announced that from the beginning of 2025 through the end of September, a total of 144,141 visits were recorded across the Geopark's geosites.

According to Qeshm Media Centre, Ebrahim Rostam Gurani, Director of Qeshm Island UNESCO Global Geopark, announced that from the beginning of 2025 through the end of September, a total of 144,141 visits were recorded across the Geopark's geosites.
Gurani stated that Stars Valley, Chahkooh Gorge, Namakdan Salt Cave, Tandis-ha Valley and Qeshm Island UNESCO Global Geopark Museum were among the sites that attracted the highest numbers of domestic and international visitors.
He further noted that the presence of 476 international visitors reflects Qeshm's growing position in international tourism. As the Middle East's first UNESCO Global Geopark, Qeshm has gained a distinctive standing in the regional tourism landscape and continues to strengthen its capacity to attract international visitors.
