One of the goals of this festival and its sporting events is to preserve local identity and culture and passed them on to posterity which can be obtained through holding local ceremonies and organizing local games.
In addition to organizing local competitions, local women also provided souvenirs and handicrafts in stalls set in the area to familiarize visitors with the customs and traditions of the people living in Qeshm Island geo-park.
