Unesco Global Geopark
The unveiling ceremony of four published books was held in the conference hall of Qeshm international incubator center on Saturday 04.05.2013, and several authors and scholars were invited. The books included management plan of Qeshm Island global Geopark, Qeshm architecture, Qeshm games and Qeshm Geopark, and economic growth of neighboring areas. During the ceremony, the authors of these works were appreciated.
The aim of publishing these books was to promote Geopark, protect the spiritual and cultural heritage and arts of Qeshm Island. The ceremony was sponsored and supported by the organization of Qeshm free trading zone, Qeshm Island global Geopark as well as UNDP-GEF/SGP.
