The cultural, social, and tourism deputy of the Qeshm Free Zone Area considered that the best way to host tourists during the Nowruz days is to use the local knowledge and the support of the local community.

According to the public relations and international affairs of the Qeshm Free Zone Area, in the first meeting of the Qeshm Global Geopark Cooperation Network, Hojjat al-Eslam Mohammad Saeed Akhundi, while appreciating the activities of these members in introducing the geosites of the Qeshm Island as best as possible, demanded more synergy to present new ways for greeting the guests of the Nowruz in newly year. He said that using your capabilities while you are in the middle of the work is the best solution to fix the deficiencies and compensate for the existing ones.​​​​​​​

He continued that tourism is a sort of service delivery to the people and requires constant quality improvement and People active in this industry can estimate problems better than any officials, so with the help of these officials, threats become opportunities to provide standard services.

According to Akhundi, there are a lot of tourists in the Nowruz days of Qeshm Island. This year, with more detailed planning and the cooperation of local communities, in addition to more worthy hosting, it is possible to protect tourist sites from possible damage.

The cultural, social, and tourism vice-president of the Qeshm Free Zone Area announced that this deputy is ready to hand over various responsibilities in this matter to the people and noted that the formation of a middle ring as a link between the local community and authorities is necessary to start these assignments.

In the end, Akhundi requested members of the Qeshm Global Geopark Cooperation Network to present proposals and operational programs in infrastructure, artistic and cultural issues for every geosite of Qeshm Island to welcome Nowruz tourists better and much more different in Nowruz 1402.
